Thanks Heather. I hope I got the sexing right and will repeat it a few times. I've never popped little hatchings before and it's a bit nerve wracking to say the least (okay I know I'm unlikely to snap their dang tails off but...... )

It is pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Awwwww Jo, they are just beautiful!

We had a little one with a kink last year . . . a cute little blond pastel female. Her kink was about 1 inch down from her head. I was really worried about her ability to eat. We decided that if she couldn't eat, we would put her down - I was so not looking forward to that.

Well, 1 year later and she is growing like a pig. She can somehow eat and while the kink is still there, it is not quite so noticeable. She will always be a wonderful pet.

Thanks so much for sharing that, Alice. I've no experience with a kink like this so any information from you experienced folks is a real godsend to us right now. So far she's doing just what the others are - the whole bunch of them are heading into their first sheds right on time.
