    Re: Lemon pastel + Spider = Killer Bee?

    A killer bee carries two pastel genes and a spider gene, The way you get that point is possible thru several different breedings but what is always needed is two pastel genes and one spider, a bumble bee carries one pastel and one spider.

    Super pastel spider to pastel = killer bee?

    and yes that would give you a killer bee

    but yeah you're right...killer bees come from a bumblebee (pastel spider) bred to a pastel or super pastel
    or of course another killer bee bred with a pastel/super pastel if you had that to work with hehe

    OK but on this it says
    Quote, NERD;

    Mutation: Designer Combo
    Pattern (Spider)
    Color & pattern (Super Pastel)

    Genetics
    Dominant (Spider)
    Co-dominant (Super Pastel) (homozygous)

    what does that mean then?

    Re: Lemon pastel + Spider = Killer Bee?

    I kind of like + referring to different traits in one snake and x referring to different parents in a cross
    after reading other posts though, I guess that's not good format, since it seems to have lots of people confused
