I wouldn't worry about it in the absense of other visable issues. Just double check all your temps and be more observant for a while.

Re: Help someone!? I'm kinda concerned! :/

I just talked to my reptile vet, and i told him everything that i posted on here, and he said if they were feeding him pinkies all the time and then i fed him one of those white fuzzy mice then he said that his digestion might not be up to par with the slightly bigger mice yet. He said to give it few days and see how it goes.

someone who doesn't know any better- perhaps someone we should inform rather than make snide comments about?

and gas build up is basically fine, it just means he may be making some gross farty noises soon hee. stinky mouse farts.
And you can probably feed him small adult mice, most ball babies are born big enough to eat full grown mice. pinky mice are a waste of money unless your particular ball is really picky or severly underweight. If his thickest part of his body is about the width of a quarter, he can eat an adult mouse. you can ask them at the store for a smaller one, usually they can accomedate requests.

Sadly from what I've seen a lot of the big chain pet store do. They also tend to sell these new owners a nice bag of f/t mouse pinkies, sending them off believing that's all their young BP needs.

Yea i never fed him pinky mice.I fed him an adult fuzzy. But yeah i figured pinkies were too small lol. he seems better now. It's funny though, once cleaned his tank yesterday he moved tote warmside hide and has been there ever since. He was usually in the coolside hide.

An adult fuzzy? It's either an adult mouse or a fuzzy mouse, which is it? There's quite a bit of size difference. Fuzzy mice are reserved for just-hatched, undersized baby Ball Pythons who won't feed on their own or who can't handle a normal sized hopper for their first meal(50g and under usually). If your snake is a healthy juvenile, then go for large hoppers or small adult mice.
