I don't fully understand what you are asking. I was just stating that the original poster wanted to know why BELs were still so expensive compared to Mojaves. The main reason being that it requires an adult female Mojave to produce Supers, but only an adult normal female to produce Mojaves. There are alot more adult Normals around than adult Mojave females.

There is a huge price difference between Lucys and Hets. Other than the fact that you need adult female het Lucys to make Lucys you also have to consider that a het to het breeding only gives you 25% visual. We first produced Lucys in 2004 but this is the first year we are breeding Lucy to Lucy and that will start to change the prices and make them more comparable to hets versus visuals in other morphs like albinos and pieds.

My Lesser x Mojave do have a white head. Too bad he still have the yellow dorsal stripe

I agree that adult het Lucy females are hard to find. It takes three years to grow those girls up. I have some 05 female Lessers that are not going to go and it is very frustrating!

I like the mojaves purple head, the ivory's yellow stripe just as much as a pure white snake. Gives it character.
