A lot going on here. I would not move the UTH under the cool side hide. If your snake is never using the hot side hide it's just too hot there. Don't make it too hot on the cool side too. I found out that I don't need lights at all in a twenty long to maintain heat. This was a huge breakthrough for me.
Is the tank insulated? What's on the top?

My guys chill in the cool side a lot. Every once in a while they'll move to the warm side, especially during shed for some reason. As long as the look and feel healthy and still eating, I'd keep it like it is.
You may want to get a t-stat for the UTH instead of a dimmer, would just seem safer to me.

The warmside digital thermometer is always reading between 86-89 on the warmside, and the probe which is under the warmside hide under the substrate reads 92.2 mostly all the time. Thats not too hot is it?

Ohh yead, i got the 50watt nightglo bulb in a lamp on the coolside, and a 75watt redbulb on the warmside and i moist but not wet towel in the middle with a big book on top of it.
