    May it be ovulation??

    Hi everybody, have two questions:
    1. One of my females have been breeding with a couple of males and I wonder if this could be ovulation:

    2. The other question is related to molt timing. I read at Baker's book that molt usually ocurs 20 to 21 days after the ovulation, but this female molt 15 days after the above photo. What is the minimun time that you guys have had between ovulation and prelaying molt?

Thanks a lot for your help!!

Hmm, being a newbie myself, it looks like she's building. I dont see the usual 'tail suck' that people post pictures of, but don't take my word for it.

    Re: May it be ovulation??

It definitely looks like something is going on in there.

Has she gone off of food? If so when?

The good thing is that you only have about 23-29 days before you know whether or not she is gravid.

Good luck with her either way.. she's beautiful!
