Olive Oil
One of my friends told me that olive oil was good for conditioning my BP's skin and good if my BP had abrasions or stuck sheds. Is this true?

Re: Olive Oil
No. There's no reason to put any type of oil on a snake's(or any other animal for that matter) skin. It will cause irritation and will make the skin shed one scale at a time.
Keeping the enclosure clean and dry, and keeping any wounds clean and dry, plus some triple antibiotic ointment 2-3 times a day, works just fine.
Olive oil is for breadsticks and salad!

Olive oil *is* however, good for a rat's coat. Give it to 'em on bread once in a blue moon and it keeps their fur nice.
Though that's not of much help to you. -lol-
