Well it's well known that sharks only attack in the water, so are all people who swim in the ocean at fault? You're more likely to get in a car accident than bit by a shark, so should all people who get into car's at fault for any accidents they get into? Should everyone walk? (well with rising gas prices, I'm all for that. )

This is a very unfortunate ACCIDENT. My thoughts and prayers go out to this man's family.
