That is so bizarre. 1) Why would you do that? 2) Why would you post yourself doing that?

I've noticed their photography skills are excellent...and the prices of their reptiles seem to go directly with the quality of their pictures....rather high.

Did you also notice the disclaimer, well, it used to be there and may not be as I haven't looked at one of their ads in ages, that said the photo was just for comparison and was NOT the animal for sale?

I can't speak on their high end breeding facility, but I have been to the store 2 years ago...mites. Neat animals, but I wouldn't buy from the storefront.

The *other* Prehistoric Pets in Chino aka Reptile Guru, I would buy from. =) But they are so close to Amazon Reptile in Montclair, whom I prefer anyway...
0.1 ball python (Cleo), 0.1 surinam bcc (Carmen)
1.0 sunglow motley corn (Jenson), 1.0 albino burmese (Lourdes)
1.0 cat (Nicky), some mooses and ratters, 1.0 hubby (Rick)

    Chino has mites too...

Used to live down the street from them, practically.

    Wouldn't buy from them either.

    Re: Prehisotic Pets

I know its a month old but had to add my The one in chino is better that the fountain valley one. FV is where I bought my pastel from whom i have had nothing but problems with since, they house snakes in the same enclosures, I have yet to go and see atleast recently changed substrate, Have witnessed there monitors tearing each other to shreds during feeding and they do nothing to treat wounds, not to mention prices are too high for the quality of animals they produce and keep. Chino on the other hand isnt quite as bad They do have mites but I have yet to see a store that at one time of another doesnt have a mite problem, all I want is to see something being done about it. and cleanliness I have been many times and have seen them changing out substrate and cleaning cages. But the choice is always the buyers if they want to buy from them then so be it.
