So when the eggs start pipping, you move them to a tub? And then do you put them in a rack or still in the 'bator?
Actually, I separate the eggs around day 53/54. Then move them to a clean tub with damp paper towels. Much cleaner all around. They are still in the 'bator (the last pic is taken through the door) the whole time.

Once they are physically out of the egg, I rinse them gently and move them to my baby rack. Another tub with damp paper towels and lots of places to hide. They usually all dogpile in a corner regardless. After they shed, they get moved to individual tubs.

That would be very surprising, indeed. Just a highly blushed Lesser, but I haven't been able to see much as of yet....
