The brown stripe girl is so pretty! Is that genetic? Good luck with all your eggs! 18 in one day is pretty good! (I think 11 is the most I've seen anyone get!)

Yeah I am right there with you Robin! My first clutch is overdue and testing what little patients I have.

Justin, congrats on two nice clutches there! Is the brown stripe a proven trait or more of a dinkin' project? The female brown stripe looks pretty cool, do you have a photo of the male?

hey guys,tanks for the compliments, the brown stripe project has been dominant so far. i have produced brown stipes, brown stripes het clown, and possibly a cinnamon brown stripe. i suspect the brown stripe to be simular to het red axanthics here are a couple pics for everyone

Yeah, those do look very similar to het reds. An 11 egg clutch should certainly help with the odds if there is a super form. Is this your first attempt at trying for a super?
