    Re: striking at lightning

before today for the vet visit I have not touched, opened or messed with her. I checked her for her shed, and cleaned it. She sits in my room where no one goes. in a tub no one can see into. i tried feeding her this week because two weeks ago when the vet gave her a shot she said it may stimulate an appetite, I waited till today when i HAD to handle her to offer food.

I'm doing everything that has been recommended, i do not handle her unless I need to, her cage and everything is hidden away where no one goes.

She got out of the tank I had put her in to feed because I forgot to secure the lid. i didn't feed her in her tub because I had just cleaned it and didn't want the rat to mess in it.

Truely people, i am doing everything I can to make her less stressed. I'm building a tub that will fit in my closet with heating and no light, dual hides and a water dish she can't tip over.

She is not going to feed in a separate feeding enclosure, and what's more important? A snake that's feeding or a clean enclosure?
