One more thing- and I don't know if that's a joke or not, but- all the offspring of a pied x norm will be het for pied.

Also, even if both parents are het for albino, the offspring will only be 50% het (25% normal and 25% albino)
So unless you get some albinos in the clutch, you won't be able to say at all if the others are het for albino or not. I guess if the dad gets proven out by one of the clutches, then you can at least say the offspring are 50% het.
