I don't have much knowledge to amaze with, but as long as there are no sharp edges then I think you're good to go!
Wash them real well before putting them in, and be sure to wash them regularly because they will get peed/pooped on.

I use them and they're great. I get them at Wal-Mart and craft stores. They are also good for adding humidity - lots of surface area to mist

I love dollar store fake plants! Even if I don't need anymore I see it and can't help buy more...A dollar a piece! It doesn't get much better. I just wash mine in bio-sanitizer and rinse well

Awe that sux, I havent cut any on the plants I bought, well any inside the tank. I have a lot of the plants outside my tank and behind it, and you can't really tell which ones are in and which are out

    Re: Plants for cage

Wow, I love all the plants you have on the outside of the cage too! And the way the "vines" hang all over the back wall. I miss having my girl in a tank, but things are much easier for me now that she's in a tub. I still decorate it though!

When my black milk is large enough, I'll be moving him into a display tank of some sort and then I'll really be able to go nuts. But for now he's also in a tub. I don't want any escapes.
