    Re: Cinnamon or black pastel...

If you have to choose one, go with the Black. I believe Ian G. has the best line. I do really like the Satins that Tracy produced last year -- different -- but really nice!.

I'm going for a second cousin to the Black Platinum. I am covering two Cinny's and one Black Pastel with my Butter. My Butter is very yellow and light, so I am hoping for red rather than brown for contrast color as a back-drop for any pattern that will show up. Pattern and color should be somewhat different considering I am using two different animals than Brian used. Congrats to Brian!! Black Platty is SWEET!

Many of my projects this year(thinking long term) involve animals with opposite super forms. Black/White -- makes codom combos done the road interesting I think. Good luck with your search.

    Re: Cinnamon or black pastel...

I have never seen any other line of black pastel come close to a nice Ian G line!

Plus they have better less problematic genetics than the other lines too!!

Hey, I am putting a deposit on one of the females in the link from aaramire(Sp) The reason he is selling them is because he is building a 8000sq rodent building! Thats huge! I'll be talking to him again later tonight.

Come here little guy. You're awfully cute and fluffy but unfortunately for you, you're made of meat

scratch that, im putting a down payment on two! One is going to be for my friend who is paying for it. She has a pastel and pewters are on her list to make. One day we can start on pastel black plattys! I can tell this is going to be fun.

LOL... no, I was just having fun with Nick's post. Honestly, do a search on Cinnies and Black Pastels. You'll find a wide variety of great looking snakes and ugly ones in spite of their label. Just like other pastels... buy the snake not the name.
