    Put them in a zip lock bag then sqeeze!

    How long have you given her to recover. For a mouse 13 babies is quite a load without killing and eating any to recover your own strength as mice will do. I would give her some extra recovery time and hope she comes around and is good to breed. Even if you can only breed her half as much, you have to remember the good mother traits seem to be genetic in mice! You could make a nice colony of breeder females using her off spring.

    With pinks I just either give a quick flick of my finger to their head or just put them in a baggy and place them in a the freezer.

    She ate half of them. She also does not have any ears from what im guessing cage mates that she was housed with. I'll be holding back one of the males from her because of how fast they grew and I like them

    Pinks make awesome Oscar cichlid food. That's where mine used to go if they died at the pink stage.
