That's a shout box at the bottom of each forum. Come into Ball Python General Forum and scroll down - it's there. Go to Photos and scroll down - it's there. Go to the index - scroll down - it's there. It just looks like it's part of Advanced Husbandry, because there are only two thread there now and you don't have to scroll far to see it. Once there are pages of threads, it will be much farther down like it is in all the other forums. It's the exact same "shout box" in all forums.
