Re: Banner for my husband's site..

Your husband should do the banner himself, as an artist. Even if he has to use Prismacolors and scan it in, I don't think an artist should have other people making banners for him in MS paint. Good job on the banner for using paint, though.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

Jen, have you played around with paint.net much? I'm no graphics person, far from it, but I suspect you'd find it far more useful than Paint. It's free and downloadable, and pretty nifty. :-)

I know that he should design it, but he does not have time! I am surprised that my man has time to visit the bathroom on some days! He has no knowledge of computer graphics. I know, I know; my banner is sad. Compared to the Photoshop created marvels out there. But I have nothing else to use now; can't find the infernal PShop disk.
BUT.. I wanted to thank you for making something out to me that should have been glaringly obvious.. he can find time to sketch out a logo. I can scan that in and use that. But otherwise, I liken the rest of the site to a webmaster/client relationship. I could be wrong, but I don't think that most artists design their whole website. Sadly, if I left it up to him, his web presence would be limited to MySpace and InkedNation. But I want to launch him into a part of my website with a gallery, etc. He wants this also but.. he is not a website-design expert.
I just hope that not All of my artistic credibility has been murdered by this stupid banner. I am so ashamed.
