Emergency clutch!!!!
Omg so I open my big girls tub today who was stored in with a male during quarentine with a pastel the first 3 weeks I got her... I just checked on her since her water was getting low and realised she hadnt moved out of her hide in a long time. I flip over her hide to find a clutch of eggs!! What do I do?! They have been in there anywhere from 1-4 days. I dont have a bator or anything set up for babies. I have limited funds and need to concocked something asap. Any ideas of quick fixes? Anyone in the southern nh area with a bator I could borrow? How do I tell if they are not all dead? What are the chances of just letting the mom do her own thing? I need help ASAP!!!

Re: Emergency clutch!!!!
What should I do as far as changing the substrate? moving her at all? Do I just keep humidity up and her water full and hope for the best?

Re: Emergency clutch!!!!
In your case let mom continue to do her thing. Increase your humidity to shed levels (high 60's). Don't bother trying to feed her while she is incubating them just make sure she has clean water. You also need to make sure your temps are SPOT ON and rock solid.
I would still try and find someone with an incubator or there are plenty of plans for some simple fish tank ones by doing a search here.
Hope this helps

I tried to do a quick search for a fish tank incubator and I couldnt find anything. Could you direct me? I have a few ten gallons laying around. It would be a live saver.

Re: Emergency clutch!!!!
I would get some flexxwatt, a cooler and a thermostat and you can make an excellent incubator fast and affordable

Mini fridge is perfect, 6" should be fine and a computer fan to blow down on it .
