    Question Weird

    Has anyone ever seen a python sleep on top of all the plants/branches in there tank?
    (i would show a pic but don't know how to upload them)

    Is yours a male or female? I just read a research paper suggesting that males tend to be more arboreal than females; though still a terrestrial species.

    Humphrey usually during the day stays bottomed out but he DOES love high living! Whenever I spot check him at various hours through the night he is CONSTANTLY crawling or hanging around up in the branches of his tank. So much so that he is getting transferred over to a new tank so I can put more branches in it for him!

    Do you have an overhead heat source set up during the day? The BP's where we go to at the reptile shop seem to like to hang out up on the branches too during the day but that also is where their basking lamp is.
