rack question/sunlight

making the transfer from sterilite tubs to a rack system soon. Wondering if the rack is going to allow enough sunlight in as only the front is exposed. Seems like its always going to be dark in there.

And for a primarily nocturnal animal which spends most of the daylight hours (in the wild) nestled snugly in a rodent burrow or underneath a termite mound, that feels a lot like home.

Ball pythons aren't like lizards or turtles - they have no real need for sunlight. Oh, they look good in it, and photograph great in it - but they don't need it for physiological or psychological health.
