    Lesser X Lesser

Hey everyone ok so im looking into getting one of Ralph davis Lessers witch i think im my opinion one of the best looking lessers so if i breed a male lesser with my female normal its will be half and half right so what if i breed the male with one of his kids a girl of course and would i get a brighter colored lesser? like not as dark becuase he has what he calls the platty lesser witch is way lighter in color then the other lessers i was just wondering becuase im really getting it to make a spider lesser. But lessers are just sweet i love them

    Okay...

Normal to Lesser will give you 50% Lessers, 50% normals in the repective clutch.

As for breeding the male back to one of his kids, it depends. There is speculation that there are special hidden genes in the Platty Daddies Normal children...

    Try it and see

Edit: And for Lesser x Lesser, you would make a Blue Eyed Leucy.. Forgot that part...

So, to get the hidden gene you would also need to buy a normal looking sibbling from a platty. I'm pretty sure that it's believed that Ralph's lessers alone can't produce anything other than other lessers and BELs if bred to another lesser. Correct me if I'm wrong.
What are these mojavas I keep hearing so much about?

This is speculation, but kinda. You need a Lesser originally from the Platty Daddy (F1), and the normals in which that Lesser produces are said to carry a mystery hidden gene.

ALL SPECULATION, as I don't have that project going personally, but.... yeah.

Definitely all speculation for me. I didn't know that only F1 lessers could be used. I thought it was just any lesser mixed with a sibling that carried the hidden platty gene. I guess it wouldn't HAVE to be an F1, but I'm guessing that you cut your odds in half every generation if the lessers from a platty also have something special. I wondered why I hadn't heard about mojos or butters being bred to F1 siblings. Oh well.

Hey man, you and me are on the same boat. I am kicking back to see what happens

But as to the Mojo/Butter thing, It has to specifically do with the Platty Daddy, and not the other morphs.
