do you soak them in PAM directly or how do yoy do it?
Cause i thought pam isn't for direct animal use.

No you should NEVER soak an animal in PAM.
He is soaking the ball python in water, to drown off some/most of the mites, it'll also help with the shed. Some people also add a drop of gentle dish soap in the water, I never do though.

Spray substrate and hides. Let dry for 45 minutes. Place back into enclosure.
There's a lot more to it. Its real potent so you have to be careful with it. But that's the jist of it. And no its not for direct animal use.

Yeah, not soaking him in PAM, just water while I'm treating his tank.
Also, I didn't notice he was in shed until he opened his tank and saw his pretty blue eyes. I asked on the 8ballchat, even though I wasn't supposed to, they were kinda enough to assist me, and they said to just soak him in water with a drop of hand soap.
Since I got to put substrate back in his tank instead of paper towls he's a happy camper! I can't wait to have my snake back.
