Can you open his mouth with a toothpick and grab it with tweezers? Be very carefull though.If its just a small piece though he should be able to pass it later on.

It's a thin piece but it's kinda long and right along his jawline.

Relax those are softer then they look .He should be fine or maybe you can gently grab it if he will allow you to.

thats why i move myne to a different tub to eat with no substrate im always worried about them eating some of the sub with there meal

By moving your snake though it puts extra stress on them .

Yes ditto. I do the same. After the first feeding and seeing the aspen stick to the food.NO way not again.
So he goes in a diffrent tub and is fed.
Plus as a bonus he has learned that feeding time is here when he is in there and it helps me clean his tank while he digests food.
Just last night he had a big feeding of 3 mice.. hungry lil guy..
Plus no worries on eating anything else but his food.
