It's a giant drag when people don't give back our money...wonder if they're making interest on it too?
I don't like PayPal at all and yet I have had to use a couple of times and more often then not there has been a glitch; their glitch. It's a drag. Do you have a credit card? That is my way around PayPal- I just pay by credit card and then pay the credit card back. I think I heard that Google own PayPal...maybe there is a grievance procedure through them... I'm so sorry that this has happened....
