    Re: Nice rack

Had Carmen out for some "hanging out with Mom watching movies while Daddy is out of town on business".

She struck at my head once I had her out...YIKES. Missed. I'm guessing my scruffy weekend ponytail confused her with a big fluffy edible. Then she S'ed up looking at my cat, which she's never done. I guess she's hungry.

And generally she's getting to be more of a pain, coiling her tail into impossible-to-get-out contortions in belt loops, jeans pockets, chairs, stair railings...anything.

Hey BCC get big! And she's not yet done growing!

Y'all are worried about the responsibility and issues with owning a burmese. Pfft. My burm is a kitten. Ain't NOTHING like a big boa girl.

Her facial patterns are amazing. Very clean lines too. I never tire of looking at a beautiful Suriname tail either!

Hey cass, i would start to watch out having the red tail out around the cat, when i was younger, my dad had an 8 foot red tail and i had to get between him and our cat (he thought he could take it down) and it bit the hell out of me, still have the scar today 10 years later. good luck, your snake is beautiful.

Thanks - I guess I should have said "looking at my cat from across the room, hehe. The cat is usually sequestered away to the bedroom with the door closed when any of the snakes comes out, but then he's 14 now and generally asleep on the bed 24/7, so I get lazy sometimes I don't close the door, hence a sleepy cat wanders down the hall and a hungry snake in my lap might spot him. =)
