Take her to the vet and get a parasite check done on her feces. It's very likely she has internal parasites, and possibly even crypto(Leos are known for carrying it, as well as coccidia). She may need a round of antibiotics along with the deworming treatment.

I would feed her soft worms for now, instead of mealworms. Waxworms, butterworms, silkworms, etc. Make sure she has access to a nice, warm area, as well as a warm humid hide. And keep her hydrated! Unflavored pedialite works well.
