    Explain Enchi

What makes Enchi, Enchi? I bought this guy as a normal but he looks a lot like what I've been seeing labeled enchi.

Storm, your snake is very beautiful and banded, but not the right colors for an Enchi.

    Dang Jon, nice Enchi!

    Re: Explain Enchi

It's so hard to describe - it has more gold tones to it on the sides than yours does. This one of mine looks "enchi-ish" to me, but isn't an enchi. See how the lower sides on the Enchi's and on this one are gold creeping into the pattern?

I can clearly look and say Enchi to the Enchi's, but don't know how to explain to someone not familiar to them what makes the difference.

Go to a show and see one in person, you will never mistake them again. Yours is just a normal reduced pattern/banded. Enchis are a color and pattern morph. Very pixelated look, high gold/yellow, with that awesome face. And for me, the super is just so awesome!

agreed I thought the same thing, that I could not see the difference, but i saw some at NARBC a couple of weekends ago and there is no denying them when you seem them in person.
