That's a BCI. Those stats are only the normal for the most part. You must remember that 95% or more of any "colombian" that has any morph genetics or is an offspring from any morph lineage probably, and most likely, has some Central American in the bloodlines. This is because of the salmon or hypo gene being most primarily stemmed from Central American lineage. I'm not sure that explains the saddle count, I tend to ramble sometimes...
