Enjoy your dinner MemeI am pretty lucky...My step dad hunts and does very well every year. He grew up in West by God Virginia and had a gun in his hand, huntin for dinner at quite an early age. He takes hunting very serious as it was a way of survival for him. Anyho....he is a pretty dang good hunter. He gives me lots of deer meat to keep me happy. My husbands friends all hunt also so we get meat from them too.
I don't really care what piece of the deer you get or how old it is...If you marinade it long enough with the right ingredients..ugghhhh.....It will melt in your mouth! It is my favorite meat. I also like to make deer bbq, deer stew, deer gravy.
Geesh now I am gonna have to cook some for dinner...my mouth is totally watering now.
