    Nighttime Heating Problem

so im having a small problem at night time with my red buld for my regular ball python..
its a 10gal tank... with a 60 watt bulb over the left half of the tank.. the humidity is perfect.. and the temp is perfect during the day when i have the regular day blue bulb in... but when i switch it over to the red.. the temp goes to low around 70-75 degrees...

anyway to get it up a little higher at night time??

    Re: Nighttime Heating Problem

If you use an under tank heater (UTH), which is a very good idea, make sure you have a thermostat hooked up to control the temps. Did you read the glass tank sticky that I linked you to? Here's the link again:http://www.ball-pythons.net/forums/s...ad.php?t=56846
This has much, if not all, of the information you are asking about. Please take the time to read this important information about setting up your tank!
