Animal Plastics Customer Service?

Just curious, how long does it usually take Animal plastics to reply to their e-mails? I sent them one a few days back concerning some of their cages and haven't gotten an answer yet. Also tried to call them and can't get anyone to pick up. I've heard nothing but good things about them so I was just wondering how long it usually takes.

Had the same problem with e-mail, waited a week and never heard anything so I started calling and finally did get through by phone. There was a voice mail mesage that a lot of thier staff was sick, I guess just keep trying.

Give them a few days to get all settled back in. They were at the NARBC show this last weekend and it make take them a few days to get rested and back to work.

whenever i emailed them they got back either that day or next....but that was summer time too. maybe winter is just busy?

I just ordered from them in January and when I had questions about my order they generally responded within the day.

They have always responded within a day or two, sometimes even quicker, so maybe they are very busy or are shorthanded. Try sending them another message.

They have had issues lately with being sick.
They are one of the few cage companies that delivers what they say, when they say, and are there for the customer before, during and after the sale.
Give them a little time. They are a small operation and the flu has taken it's toll on them recently.

I feel that. I was down with the flu a few weeks ago and it was all I could do to get up and walk to the bathroom. I guess I'll just have to be patient...*NOT a virtue of mine*

dont worry so much about it. I emailed them about a rack a week ago and they just got back to me today. They were getting things settled down from a recent show. So dont worry so much. good luck.
