That last girl is amazing. I would imagine she's just pissy because she's in shed. Can you imagine trying to slough off your epidermal layer, and then someone puts you in this tub and carts you around in a bumpy car? Lol, I'd hiss at you too!

If all she did was hiss, I'd say you shouldn't have any worries. That's not agressiveness... that's just her way of saying: "I don't like you right now, leave me alone, I can do it myself!"
