Orion's 1st feeding

Hey all just wanted to say this is a cool site and great forum. I have learned allot already.
Well Orion had his first feeding last night. It went well. Never saw a snake eat before so this was cool as hell.
So He looked like he was doing well his AM and I am looking forward to holding him again here a lil tonight.
I do have a question.
Should I take him/her to a vet just because?? Like a reg check up? Or as long as he is healthy just wait?

Always good to take them to a vet, to get a check up.. as for Orion eating, congrats, pretty cool to see them eat huh?

After you bp eats, try not to handle them. Let the mouse/rat they ate, digest!! You don't want to stress it.

Thanks, I did read that not to handle them for 48 hrs..
I did however have to pick him/her up about 15 min after eating and put back in normal tank. I was very carful.
The funny thing is that Orion doesnt seem to be scared at all. How I hear they want hiding places etc. Well Orion sleeps out in the open most of the time. Actually I have yet to see him/her in any hiding place. I did put 2 diffrent places. I guess I am lucky this way.
