I think if you are running a business a customer should not have to hunt you down to give you his or her money. Its like going shopping for a car and having to go find a sales person. A larger breeder has the luxury of missing a email or two, a small breeder does not. A real business person always makes themselves available with in reason. Breeders just need to realize that this market is growing day by day and if you are not the one first on the phone, first to the email, first on top of your game, then you will loose. Every breeder that I have bought from has been quick to respond and professional from beginning to end and I will always go back and do business with them.
