OK, so I have been slacking on getting pictures up after I say I will (hush Earl) but I figured I'd sit and take a minute to do it.

This picture is a 3 week old Male and a 4 week old Male.
The 4 week old weighed in at a nice 123 grams (he was technically 4 weeks and a couple days). The little 3 week one is around 60 grams.

Sorry for the fuzziness and such, but I could barely hang on to them.

That's a really excellent example of the differences one can see in rat pups within just over one week of age. Pups are technically considered any nursing rat from when their eyes open at about 14 or 15 days of age until they are weaned, between 4 and 5 weeks of age. It's amazing how much growth is possible in that time so this is a very good lesson to know exactly what size you are needing for each specific snake, especially when it comes to pup sized rats.

Wow! Monk, Nibble, and Chip(we got Monk a friend) are almost the size of the one in your hand, but no where near that weight. Kasper is about the same size as the bigger one but she is around 140g.

I'll try and get some pictures of mine in comparison to something of a known size (like a quarter), so we can better gauge their size.
    Under Construction.....
