She's my favorite project girl and has been moving and squirming constantly to get the eggs moved down for a week. She's due tonight and I've been up constantly for the last 2 nights to check on her. I think she is doing it to torment me for laughing at her when she looked so uncomfortable all squished up. Now she has adopted the serene...... I'll go when I'm good and ready..... look.

Knowing her I'll be waiting all week. Sheesh. Hope everyone else is enjoying their own brands of torment.

Sure enough, just checked on her (9:30pm) and she's snoozing away. No intention of meeting my deadline. She just has to show me who's boss........ At this point she's probably thinking about keeping them in there to term. The first ever live birth of BPs.....

Thanks, Nick. You just brightened my day, so I think we're even.

Now if you have any hints on dealing with recalcitrant mammas.....

My girl is always holds out to the last possible minute. Right about the time I think I should haul her off to the vet, she takes up residence in her lay box and gives me eggs. I'm waitng on her right now...just thinking earlier today that we might have to see the vet. I come home and there she is, curled up in her box for the first time and teasing me.
