Finally bought a YB

I've been planning to get YB and Woma females. Yesterday at the local reptile show I bought a male Amir line yellowbelly from a clutch I've been eyeballing and asking about for a couple of months now. I still need a female, but here's the little guy.

I've taken a note from Jasballs, and I've been feeding this guy a small mouse every 3 days. He's pooped and eaten 3 meals since I picked him up last Sunday. The rest of my collection is getting fed more too. If I had done this with my spider he might actually be breeding for me. Thanks Jas!

How hard are females to come by? I cant find anyone that wants to let one go.

Congrats on the YB! I just ordered one from VPI. I fell in love with the woma/yb combo, so i'm right there with ya....now I just need a woma!

I've seen a few, but definitely not as many females as males. I'm kicking myself for not buying a pair from this guy when he had them. On the possitive side, this hesitation might have led to me buying a female vanilla or woma instead. I should know tonight.

I just talked to the breeder and the womas are gone too. I think I'm ordering a female vanilla today.
