het pied x het albino gives you hatchlings that will all be possible het for both. Or AKA poss double het for pied and albino. None will show either trait.
Taking the hatchlings and proving them by crossing them again would be a long process, but it is how to produce your own albino/pied.

Each animal would have a:

25% chance at being Normal
25% chance at being Het. Albino,
25% chance at being Het. Pied,
25% chance at being DH Albino Pied
