What Speed Internet Do You Use

I always see DUW (Dial Up Warning) for threads with videos or pictures. So I'm curious to see what type of internet speed everyone uses and if people are still on dial up.

My parents are still on dial up. As is my brother, both back in Indiana. Hard to get fast stuff in the boonies. I myself am on cable.

How is that? Right now Millenium and Verizon are fighting over rights to take over the area. I may have to switch.

I think a similar poll was done awhile back The consensus was: NO ONE STILL USES DIAL UP! Though I know that's not always the case. In most of my home town, we can't get DSL or Cable. I'm fortunate enough to live near a DSL station at home, but most people in the town don't. That's small town New England for ya!

when i had dsl---say it took 1 -2 minutes to download a song----Fios will do it in 5-15 seconds. I don't watch TV much so I don't pay for cable. {i use hd antenna} so i figured spend a little more for internet.
