Grand Central Station Prank: Frozen

They didn't really disrupt the flow of traffic. People walked around them quite fine. That guy in the cart could have gone around too, look closer at the video.
They make people smile, and they make people think outside the box a little bit, BOTH sorely needed in these days of routine bovine dullness.
The people who do these things are everyday folks, who want to be part of something different.
Why bash something just because it's not your thing? Go join up with those that bash keeping snakes because they aren't cuddley. Or tell all of us that the money we spend on housing our snakes should go to charity instead. Those people do the same thing, they take something THEY don't enjoy, and declare it useless and wasteful.

It was for five minutes and most people didn't care. They just wanted to know why they were doing it. And if it was illegal for them to be doing that don't you think they would have had security down there telling people to move it? I didn't see anything like that in the video. They just walked, stopped, waited, walked. No real disruption other than that one guy. hehe. poor guy.

Those same people go to Walmart, Best Buy and other large stores with the stores uniform color on and disrupt their daily business, I guess just to make people smile also?

It would make me smile! Not to mention my fiance works for Best Buy and when I played the Best Buy video we were both laughing our heads off. Its just funny. Its different and out of the ordinary. Why is something like that have to be looked down on all the time. No was was injured, fired, or anything like that. Its just some people having fun. Lighten up and let people do something that makes others smile for once. Who knows, maybe because they did that, they brightened up someones day and made life a little easier to bare. Who knows. I know that if I was having a rotten day, seeing something like that would not send me home in a bad mood.

And actually, in their other videos they do show themselves getting hassled by security so I don't see why they would choose this video to edit that out of. It just wouldn't make sense.

In the post 9/11 climate of NYC, something out of the ordinary like that could have been a diversion for anything. So, people could be smiling at the frozen people and could be seconds away from an attack or anything.....so its not all fun and games anymore....

They did not disrupt business at Best Buy either. They walked around in similar clothing, and even helped customers that asked them questions.
I've been in the fish store and had folks ask me stuff, or where something was, and I told them. I guess now I disrupt the business too.

Did you intentionally wear the same color clothing of the employees and bring hundreds of your friends along with you?....Please don't compare you answering a question to this form of protest.

Ok, so now every single concert, event, happy gathering, what have you could be be a diversion for a terrorist attack. Seriously, people need to stop being so uptight about everything. Yes, terrorists are a threat but that doesn't mean we need to walk around like zombies all day because the slightest bit of friggen happiness could be nothing more than a diversion for a terrorist attack.

These people wanted to have a good time. If you look at some of their other videos they make people smile and laugh and have a good time. Why do you see so much wrong in that. Mr Bunny, all concerts are planned public events. These people, while I'm sure that it takes some serious planning, do these "art" displays guerilla style.

Also, for all the people that do not appreciate that form of a "good time" such as the hard working people trying to catch a train to get home, I'm sure that 200+ people stopping in the middle of Grand Central would not make those people "smile"

Also, If you were in Manhattan on 9/11, Like I was, and lost friends to the attacks, you would be weary of public disruptions also.
