Is it a Western Hognose? If it is, you really should not have to scent it. Try placing it in a very small lidded container with a towel or shirt over it and the mouse of appropriate size. Leave it for an hour or so and check back. If it's an Eastern, then you may have to scent if it's very young or not used to rodents. Mine is young and would be willing to eat anything put in front of him. He has yet to miss a meal for me. Good luck!![]()
