    Weight....

My BP was weighed at the Vet's office back in Dec 2007, when he had RI. anyways he was at 220grams.

I finally got a digital scale, and weighed my BP tonight, he is at 274grams, he just ate on Sunday & finished shedding last night. He also grew an inch from Dec.

Just curious, is his weight OK? He eats 1 adult mouse every 6-7 days. He had been threw 2 sheds since I got him.

I guess I am just over worried... thanks in advance.

Well know, if you're feeding him an adult mouse you could go with xl adult mice. Or if you wanted to switch it over to rats you could go with weaned rats. They are about the size of a xl adult mouse. Then after those eventually you can step it up to small rats.

Here this should help you out. I knew this would come in hand sooner or later. Don't ask where I found it, I just stumbled upon it online somewhere.

Those pictures are off of The Mouse Factory website, though the weight charts are from somewhere else. The Mouse Factory tends to have stable weights with their sizes; for example, a small rat is 55g and a medium is 80g. They don't have large ranges for each size....
