That was my life until August of 07. I liked my work, but I hated the bosses, I was stamped with a 'bad attitude' by corporate for unfair reasons.
I worked my butt off the entire time I worked there, exhausted when I came home. All for them to tell me it wasn't good enough. I was bitter at my co-workers that got away with doing 'just enough to not get fired'.
I felt racially, sexually discriminated, and it was so stressful. Passed over for promotions, screamed at by corporate persons, no matter what I did.
I was given jobs and responsibilities above my pay grade and status, that resulted in stressed relations between myself and direct superiors. Corporate was playing chess with me, trying to give me projects that would ultimately fail. And when they didnt, they told me it still wasnt good enough. They were trying to make me quit for months.
I was bringing it home and wreaking havoc on everyone for months. I was depressed and had some episodes, my health was bad... migraines, stomach aches, body was weak.
Then!
I was offered a job when things got really bad. I give it up to God on that one, I was looking, but hadn't put in any resumes and I now have an awesome job that I love and make more than I would have ever made at my previous job. Stress free, great hours, awesome co-workers, great position... it's just fantastic.
Think positive, take action.
