    Zombie mice/rats?

    Has anybody ever had a snake strike and "kill" the prey, only to release it and find it wasn't dead yet?

    only once, when my hog island popped an eyeball on a rat, and got freaked out.

    I have seen many weird and gross things feeding BP's. Not unheard of, thats why you always wanna watch with live.
