    LOL at the eggs and Jersey. You can get plety of meet of of dairy cattle, infact alot of ground beef you get at the store that is lean, is from retierd dairy cows, or steer, its nothing like a hereford though! Ask for a hereford steer, and raise him till about 12 months, then send him off to a packing plant! Yummm!

    That was the thing about their meat. It was not exactly lean, but it had enough marbling and fat to make it reeeealllly juicy and it was good for that! This was a jersey steer (that's a gelded bull, right lol..?)
