    SUPER TUESDAY: Go Vote!

    Hey Everyone!
Just a reminder to those of you in Super Tuesday states to go vote! I don't care who you vote for, and frankly you should know already, but that doesn't mean you can't pick a candidate today. Every candidate has their own site, simply type their name into the search engine and read their views on the ISSUES from their own site in their words! This is one of the most important elections in this countries recent history, too important to be lazy today!

The myth: You're vote doesn't matter...No major elections are ever decided by one vote...let the suckers wait in line..

Here it goes people. The fact of the matter is you're right, your vote doesn't matter. That’s it. If everything else is unchanged and you don't vote nothing different will happen in the election. The problem with that thinking is that there is a certain type of person that doesn't vote and a certain type that does. If you're the type of person who doesn't vote, your opinion and those that are most likely to share it with you (the other nonvoters), will never be heard. Those who do get there vote out will get the attention from politicians and are more likely to get the things from our government that they desire. The owners of big businesses have a lot at stake so they spend a lot of money trying to influence candidates, but in the end they have the same amount of power that you do, one vote. If more people start voting, those old non-voters will be the new sought after demographic. The candidates will seek you out, want to know what they can do to get your vote. Your issues will then more likely be addressed and you'll have a greater stake in future elections.

Be well informed, not just about one topic either. Know your candidate. Know his economic background, political background (both nationally and internationally); civil rights background, immigration background, social background etc... Whatever you care about the most. This country is in a lot of trouble and has ALOT of different problems. A president should be equipped to handle them all, not just one or two, that's what positions like Secretary of Treasury, Secretary of State and other cabinet spaces are for, specialists. The president should not be a one trick pony, so don't vote for one. You should pick a well rounded candidate whose positionS you agree with MOST. You will rarely find a candidate who says everything as you would. Be prepared to make sacrifices. One position or another. If you want, make a utility list in which you rank the different issues as to how important they are to you then match your positions to the candidates and see which gives you the highest utility. How you ultimately pick your president is up to you, but don't take someone’s word for it, read, do research, pick your own candidate. Even if they have NO chance of winning, it shows where your beliefs lie and the candidates that can win will notice those votes that didn't go to themselves or their main competition. They want those votes that aren't going to main candidates!

I'm a lazy person, but I also have a BA in Political Science, so I have vote. It's about the only thing I do that involves my degree lol! No political science classes involving snake breeding. If it weren't for my interest in politics I'd be sitting at home with you, my fellow lazy people! Get out the lazy vote and lets be heard!

Finally, don't listen to me. Listen to yourself. This is just something to get you thinking about how important today really is. People have fought and died for the right to vote, don't take it for granted! Be Happy! Be Healthy! VOTE!

The only difference between tattooed people and non-tattooed people is....

....Tattooed people don't care if you're not tattooed.
