thats a really nice animal. she looks like just a really nice normal. i love the high blushings on the side though. my female has a belly almost just like that and she is a wild wc normal. but i can take her off your hands if you are not sure,

It looks a lot like a Russo to me. Definately has enough going on that it can't just be dismissed as a pretty normal. Looks very promising, congrats.

Louis, she is a outstanding snake with a lot of the same characteristics as my fire. Since she is CH, you never know.

Thanks Alice!!! She seems to share some similar traits with some of the fires I've seen pics of, but on the other hand, I see some differences also.

I've got a Fire male that I posted some pics of some time ago. (Cue posted a pic of him earlier in this thread) Anyway, his belly looks totally different from this girl's and he has a head marker, where she has a blushed/faded head. Who knows. Hopefully we'll have something cool to show off in a couple of years.

This is a good shot. Compare the pigment in her tongue to the pigment in that normal's tongue in the same pic and let me know what you see

Cue......I've never been good at being able to discern the subtleties of tongue color. Her tongue color looks similar to my Fire male's in the pic you posted. I tried to compare it to the normal I had in the pic, (she's actually a phet something or other) and the normal's tongue looks a little darker. It was really hard to tell, because the little vixen wouldn't leave it out long enough for me to get a good look.

That was something I thought about too. I haven't seen many pics of the Russo hets. I've seen some that were really light colored and some that were darker. I was thinking they have some kind of head marker. She doesn't have a marker, but as the pics show, she has some nice blushing on her head. I'm pretty sure her belly looks similar to some of the Russo het pics I've seen.
