Congrats on getting away from those neighbors. Aren't you in IL? Where are you moving to? I got a realtor last week and got preapproved on a good faith estimate for the $225 loan I asked for. I'm getting a house in Bolingbrook. 3+ bedrooms and a basement. I'll finally have a room that's strictly for snakes and be able to breed rats.
