agreed that tank is not made for ball pythons or any snake for that matter. take it from me, it is hard enough to heat a normal glass tank correctly then trying to mess with some thing like that with all the over head. if you want some thing glass get a 20 tank made for reptiles although a lot of people here will tell you to get a pastic enclosure just because it is easier to maintain.
